Website operation clarification - 16 October 2026
This clarification supplements the supplied company policy below. The policy's stated effective date is unchanged. The public website is hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure; hosting-platform services process technical request and security information in addition to Cloudflare's services.
The website forms prepare an email in your email application. Filling in a form does not send it to Metalekspo or store an enquiry on this website. Metalekspo receives the details only when you send the email. Quotation, general and partnership drafts address metalekspo@metalekspo.com and copy sales@metalekspo.com; supplier drafts address purchase@metalekspo.com. The company policy's enquiry-correspondence retention period applies to emails received by the company.
There is no visitor file-upload facility. A form privacy acknowledgement records that you have read this notice; it is not permission for unrelated marketing. The company policy explains the legitimate interests and other legal bases used for enquiry handling.
The website stores your external-media preference in the metalekspo_consent cookie for 180 days. The optional YouTube player loads only after external-media consent and a separate Play action. You can withdraw optional consent through Cookie settings in the footer. The Cookie Policy describes the observed hosting-platform identifier and its unresolved purpose/classification. No analytics or advertising trackers are installed in the website code.
For enquiries about personal data or to exercise your rights, email metalekspo@metalekspo.com. Your right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate and the other rights set out in the full policy below are unchanged.
